What to do if something goes wrong with an order?

If anything goes wrong, don't hesitate to contact your Printseekers personal manager. No worries, we will always try to come up with a satisfying solution. Of course, it depends on the issue:

  • Product arrived damaged - we will ask for photos to file a claim and then send a replacement.
  • Product lost in transit - we will contact the shipping carrier and send a replacement.
  • Customer received something different than originally ordered - we will ask for photos and then send a replacement.
