Where can I see Printseekers product prices and shipping costs?

All pricing, shipping rates, production times, and technical specifications are displayed on each product page. You can review base costs, available sizes, material details, and delivery estimates before listing any product in your store.

How do I create my Printseekers account?

Creating a Printseekers account takes 2-3 minutes:

  1. Click "Sign Up" button (top right of Printseekers.com)
  2. Enter email and create password
  3. Add billing information for order payments
  4. Account activated - ready to connect your store

After account creation, connect your Shopify/Etsy/WooCommerce store through the Printseekers ''stores'' page. Orders will sync automatically once connected.

What are the design requirements, allowed file formats, and file size limitations?

Printseekers requires 300 DPI resolution for all wall art products to ensure sharp, professional prints.

Accepted formats:

  • PNG (recommended for transparent backgrounds)
  • JPG/JPEG (for photographs and complex designs)

File specifications:

  • Maximum file size: 2GB
  • Files must be true to size (if selling 16x20", design at 4800x6000 pixels)
  • Resolution: 300 DPI minimum

Canvas-specific requirements:

  • Wrapped edges: Add 2cm per side for standard canvas, 4cm per side for gallery canvas
  • This ensures designs wrap around edges without cutting off important elements
