Terms of service

Introduction

Thank you for visiting Printseekers website! Printseekers is a print on demand company that offers different kinds of print on demand services and products, such as custom print canvas, posters, apparel, wallpaper, branding and others. 

From here on, “you” and “user” are used interchangeably and refer to any individual that visits the site or uses our services. By visiting our website, by ordering a sample, or by applying for a partnership, the user agrees to all Terms of service (or Terms). If the user does not agree to the Terms, then this website or any other of our services should not be used. The following terms of service is a legally binding contract between the user and Printseekers for using services offered by us (including, but not limited to, the website, samples or partnership applications). We invite the user to read it carefully.

Use of services

Using any Printseekers services, such as signing up on Printseekers website, applying for partnership or using any other Printseekers services does not make you an employee of Printseekers.

You are responsible for using the Site and other services in a lawful manner. Trying to damage, harm our Site and services, as well as using them for any law-breaking activity is prohibited.

Changes to the Terms of service

We may change these Terms at any time. When we do, the changes will be immediately published on our website; the moment these changes get published, the new Terms are applied. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated Terms. If you don’t agree to the new Terms of service, you should stop using our services and close your account.

Age restrictions

To access and apply for Printseekers services, you must be at least 18 years old. By accessing and using our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older, are legally allowed and have the authority to enter into a contract. If you are a citizen of a country where adulthood is legally reached at a different age than 18 years, then you have to reach that age before accessing or applying for our services. 

Content

When submitting any content (such as artistic designs, photographs, images, texts and other) to us for reproduction, you affirm that it belongs to you (via exclusive copyright or a copyright license), and you have the legal right to do so. You are fully responsible for all content that you submit and which gets manufactured by Printseekers. We are not responsible for any content that you upload.

We agree to not copy, distribute, recreate, resell, publish, modify, display user created content on websites or stores owned or associated by us or on 3rd party websites (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.) without permission of the user. 

You agree that you will not post any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, illegal or otherwise offensive or in violation of any part of these Terms.

Shipping

All items are shipped by using outsourcing shipping services, such as FedEx, UPS, DPD, DHL. Printseekers don’t provide shipping ourselves. That means that we can’t guarantee that there won’t be any lost or damaged orders, but we can offer a refund or a replacement for the lost/damaged order.

Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it, especially if the order is already on its way. Some delivery parameters might be changeable even after the package has been sent out, such as, customer address, name, phone number, etc., but please check with your personal manager whether such an option is available for a specific order. Anything product related (such as type and size of the item) cannot be changed after shipping has been confirmed. We are not obligated to make any modifications to your order, but we will do as much as we can, depending on the specific situation. 

It is your responsibility to inform us about a lost or damaged order by filling out a form with the necessary information, which we will use to file a claim to the shipping company and resolve the specific situation (for example, by sending a replacement). The form is provided by the personal manager.

Returns

This section details the product / order return system between Printseekers and the user. There are three return categories, their description and our approach to them is listed below:

  • The customer received a faulty product (Printseekers error). In this case, there is no need to return the order. We will produce and ship a replacement free of charge, and it will have high priority in our production line. Alternatively, it is possible to return the money by removing the order from the next total invoice. Each case should be negotiated with the Printseekers personal manager.
  • The customer received a damaged product (shipping company error). In this case, there is no need to return the order. We will produce and ship a replacement free of charge, and it will have high priority in our production line. Alternatively, it is possible to return the money by removing the order from the next total invoice. Each case should be negotiated with the Printseekers personal manager. Note that products damaged in shipping need to be filed using a claim form and attaching evidence pictures of the damaged order, which are taken according to our guidelines (the user can receive the claim form and instructions by contacting their personal manager). This information will be then used by Printseekers to seek compensation from the shipping company. 
  • The customer received the product without any issues but wants to return it (changed their mind, does not fit in the interior etc.). In this case, Printseekers does not offer any compensation to the user. The user can offer the option of returning such orders in their shop, but Printseekers will still charge the user for that specific order. In such cases, the user should always contact their Printseekers personal manager.


Payments

We will only charge you when the products that your customers ordered will be sent to production or already shipped. Individual orders will be compiled in one total invoice, which will be sent to you regularly, such as monthly or weekly. You can negotiate the payment frequency with your Printseekers personal manager.  You only have to pay the price which was negotiated with your Printseekers personal manager for the products that were ordered. Price is based on product type, size, a flat rate price for shipping that depends on the destination country/region, as well as on any special offers which you and Printseekers agreed on.  

You have to pay the invoice for Printseekers products and / or services within 14 days of receiving the invoice. If the payment is not made within this timeframe, then 1% of the total invoice amount per day is added to the total invoice as a penalty. 


Taxes

You are responsible for paying any and all applicable taxes that may be due as a result of your use of our services, which depend on the delivery country and other factors. How much you charge your customers, how you pay taxes to your country, whether you apply for VAT payer status and other tax related questions are up to you.

Depending on the specific order, we may or may not charge you VAT, according to international accounting standards. For more information on this, please read our blog.

Intellectual property

All content that can be found on Printseekers website or any content made through Printseekers services, such as, texts, mockups, designs, images, data compilations and software, logos, images and videos, is the property of Printseekers or its content suppliers and is fully protected by international copyright laws. 


Privacy and personal data processing

The term “personal data” refers to such information which, directly or indirectly, may refer to you as an individual. Examples of such data are name, surname, phone number, contact details, business payment account or IP address. Personal data processing refers to any action that we or a third party that we have engaged take with the personal data, such as collection, registration and storage.

Personal data may only be processed for specified and explicitly stated purposes and may not be processed for any purpose that goes beyond these purposes. Your data may be collected for such purposes as:

  • Invoicing,
  • Marketing analysis;
  • To send your product to the indicated address;
  • To contact you, if order details need to be updated;
  • To analyze your order in a way to provide better service;
  • To inform you about the latest product offers.
