About Stanley/Stella Unisex Polo "Prepster 2.0" (DTG)
The “Prepster 2.0” polo offers a medium fit, set-in sleeves, and flat knit rib collar and cuffs, made from 100% organic ring-spun combed cotton. Its 240 g/m² piqué fabric offers a slightly textured yet smooth surface ideal for DTG printing.

ABOUT DTG: Direct-to-garment printing is the industry standard. It is similar to printing on paper & uses ink jet technology - the ink is sprayed on the clothing. Before printing, there is a pre-treatment process, though overall DTG is a very quick method. The final result is sharp and saturated, any design from basic to complex will look great.

The piqué fabric of the "Prepster 2.0" also works well with Direct-to-Film printing. This allows more placement flexibility—like logos on sleeves or above the hem. DTF prints retain color vibrancy and detail, even on textured knits.

ABOUT EMBROIDERY: Embroidery is very different from DTG and DTF, because it is not a printing method at all. Instead, a design gets stitched on to the fabric. This results in a different look and feel in comparison to prints.
Usually, it is used for small designs, such as logos. Some apparel products are personalized only with embroidery, such as caps and polo shirts.
