The "Pique Polo 210" by Malfini features a fitted cut with side seams, crafted from 65% cotton and 35% polyester. Its 200 g/m² pique knit fabric provides a textured surface suitable for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, ensuring your designs appear sharp and vibrant. The polo includes a 1:1 rib knit collar and sleeve cuffs with decorative detailing, a narrow placket with 5 tone-on-tone buttons, and reinforced shoulder seams.

ABOUT DTG: Direct-to-garment printing is the industry standard. It is similar to printing on paper & uses ink jet technology - the ink is sprayed on the clothing. Before printing, there is a pre-treatment process, though overall DTG is a very quick method. The final result is sharp and saturated, any design from basic to complex will look great.

ABOUT EMBROIDERY: Embroidery is very different from DTG and DTF, because it is not a printing method at all. Instead, a design gets stitched on to the fabric. This results in a different look and feel in comparison to prints.
Usually, it is used for small designs, such as logos. Some apparel products are personalized only with embroidery, such as caps and polo shirts.
